Buying online is the easiest and most convenient way to buy tickets.
You can buy tickets by phone at (203) 498-3772. A $3 per-ticket fee applies. Phone hours begin March 28 for Members, April 25 for general public: 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday. After June 1: 11am-7pm Monday to Saturday.
Purchase your tickets in advance at the box office beginning June 1. Location: INFONewHaven Visitor Information Center* 1000 Chapel St. at the corner of Chapel and College Streets. Hours: 11am-7pm, Monday to Saturday. If available, tickets can be purchased at each venue beginning one hour before performance for an additional $5.
*The INFONewHaven location is not accessible for wheelchairs. Please call us at (203) 498-3772 if you would like in-person assistance, and we can make arrangements to help you with your ticketing needs.
Groups of 10 or more attending the Festival receive a 15% discount on tickets. Purchase your tickets online with the Group code "GROUP17," contact our Box Office for assistance at (203) 498-3772 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

We offer a range of discounts to make the Festival accessible to as many people as possible.

Just show up! No tickets are required for free events, however we strongly recommend reservations for Tours and Master Classes (see event pages). Some events are very popular and have limited capacity. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to secure a spot.
Jump the line and save your seat early with an Ideas Fast Pass, which allows entry to the venue beginning 30 minutes before the talk. General public is admitted 15 minutes prior to the talk.
Catch weekend Headline concerts on the New Haven Green, and enjoy wine, beer and snacks, all from the comfort and convenience of our Hospitality Lounge! Pricing per concert is $100 for 2 people; $60 for a single. Festival Members save with rates of $80 for 2 people and $50 for a single ticket. The Lounge is open 1 hour prior to the start of each Headliner Concert.

When you buy a ticket consider paying it forward with an additional donation. Besides offering the majority of our programs for free, the Festival donates thousands of tickets to community programs. A donation is a ticket for a friend you haven’t met.
