At Arts & Ideas, we strive to create a Festival that has something for everyone. This includes making it as accessible as possible and being able to meet the needs of many different people. Below are some of the accommodations we offer.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretations are available upon request. To make a request, please contact us at boxoffice@artidea.org. It will be easier for us to provide interpretation for requests that are made four weeks or more in advance, but we are happy to hear from you anytime.

Wheelchair Accessibility & Listening Devices 
Mobi Mats are available to create pathways and increase mobility to select locations on the New Haven Green. iPads and Assisted Listening Devices are available at indoor venues (with a capacity greater than 75) and on the New Haven Green (during concerts) from Audience Services upon request. To make a request, please contact us at boxoffice@artidea.org. Ticketing priority to accommodate Low Vision participants.

CLOSED CAPTIONING (CC)
All rebroadcasted events will have Closed Captioning (CC) on our Vimoe and Youtube Channels.
