The temporary exhibition Samurai and the Culture of Japan’s Great Peace brings the origin and incredible history of the samurai to life, with a focus on the Great Peace of the Tokugawa period that concluded their reign. These tours led by exhibition curators will delve more deeply into the stories behind some of the most compelling objects on display.
