Bike Tour: Shoreline Greenway

presented in partnership with Elm City Cycling

Step away from Zoom and hop onto your stationary bike to explore the New Haven Shoreline.

The Shoreline Greenway Trail is a project to build a trail and connect communities in a 25-mile corridor from New Haven to Madison. Shoreline Greenway Trail (SGT) is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization working with local communities to build bike, pedestrian and wheelchair-friendly connections – greenway trails, bike lanes and other facilities – to take you where you want to go. For recreation or exercise, shopping or commuting. In town, around town or between any of the Shoreline towns from New Haven to Madison.  This ride will take you on the East Haven leg of the trail in the spectacular Farm River State Park which concludes at Cosey Beach.

Feel like getting out of the house? Jump on your bike and follow the map to experience this guided journey with insight from the tour guides at the designated stops along the route.
