Art is literally a conversation starter in this installation designed by a collective of students and Architect Ming Thompson of Atelier Cho Thompson calling themselves Design Brigade. Large disks invite the public to write hopes, dreams, and aspirations in chalk and make a collective piece of art that embodies the theme of IMAGINE. Located across the city, each disk serves as a diary entry of collective memory as New Haven emerges from the isolation of the pandemic.
