Thabisa is an eclectic and dynamic singer/songwriter, a South African who has made New Haven her home. Her unique approach to music is on display in her latest single, #SweetSorrow, which draws from her lived experiences, inspiring the creation of a third album and tour. Thabisa is an independent artist who is making a name for herself with her energy, charisma, and incredible voice. Thabisa uses her talents and time to take part in social justice work, community engagement programming through her artistry and thus founding her own nonprofit, Rich Arts Collective, as a way of "building bridges of human understanding and connectivity using music, art, and performances."
