This yoga session led by Chris Gaynor will ground you through the sounds of waves crashing on the beach and an array of wildlife like grey catbirds. You’ll depart the Outer Island National Wildlife Refuge with clarity, peace of mind, and appreciation for your surroundings. Don't forget to bring your mat!

Chris Gaynor

Yoga Instructor

Having fallen in love with yoga many years ago, Chris has been actively teaching yoga since 2006. She completed her 500-hour certification in the lineage of Kripalu Yoga, adding certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra along the way. Chris blends her passion for yoga with a constant curiosity about the mind-body connection and where it can take us, both on and off the mat. With an emphasis on breath work and the active and passive holding of postures, Chris encourages a practice that is mindful, focused and compassionate.
