Pennebaker Chris Hegedus follow part of the 1992 Clinton campaign for president. During the New Hampshire primary, the campaign hits some stumbling blocks, chief among them the Gennifer Flowers scandal, but nevertheless manages to pull out a second-place finish. From there, strategists George Stephanopoulos and James Carville repair to national campaign headquarters in Little Rock to monitor the remaining duration of the campaign.

God Spoke: Al Franken (Chris Hegedus, Nick Doob, 2006) - 90min (Q&A with DA Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus follows screening) Filmmakers Nick Doob and Chris Hegedus document a year in the life of satirist Al Franken, as he tours to promote his book “Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right” and as he helps lay the groundwork for Air America and campaigns for John Kerry during the 2004 presidential election. In between, Franken spars with pundits Bill O’Reilly and Ann Coulter.
