FILM STYLO: STUDENT FILMS FROM THE PANDEMIC - NEW HAVEN AND HONG KONG

Over the past months, students in New Haven and Hong Kong have been simultaneously participating in a stay-at-home filmmaking initiative called Film Stylo, which guides them to create short films about their experiences during the pandemic.

In this online event, 6 student films made across the globe but under similar circumstances will be screened in pairs. Join organizer Jeremy Hung (2020 HKETONY Arts Activator) and Dr. Eunice Yuen for a discussion on how the initiative aims to promote intercultural empathy and emotional wellness through filmmaking.

*Featuring films made by students from the International Festival of Arts and Ideas High School Fellowship Program.

The Arts Activators Fellowship program is made possible by a partnership with the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office, New York, the International Festival of Arts & Ideas in New Haven, and the Yale School of Drama.
