A multi-talented Trinidadian singer, songwriter, producer, and bandleader, Nadia Batson is renowned for her dynamic stage presence and infectious soca anthems that get crowds moving. Born in Port of Spain and raised in Barataria, Trinidad, she discovered her passion for music early—writing and performing at just eight years old.
Nadia first gained recognition as a member of the all-female group Silhouette before launching her professional career with Andre Tanker's One World Contraband. Since then, she has become a powerhouse in Caribbean music and a trailblazer for women in the industry. In 2011, she founded SASS Nation, an all-female soca band dedicated to empowering a new generation of female performers and breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated genre.
Beyond her musical achievements, Nadia has served as a judge on Digicel Rising Stars and remains an influential voice in Caribbean entertainment. Her passionate performances and commitment to uplifting others have made her an icon both on and off the stage.
