The Travel Channel’s “Best BBQ in CT” winners Bear's Smokehouse at the Stack will be hosting a pairing of Black Hog beer and barbecue at this in-person event. Guided by beer expert Jason Sobocinski of Black Hog Brewing Co., the evening’s menu includes pastrami bacon (pork belly), house-made smoked chorizo sausage and jerk turkey breast, accompanied by mango cilantro slaw, a classic dill potato salad and finished off with banana pudding cannoli. An official member of Southern Living’s “BBQ Bucket List”, The Stack’s sweet, spicy, and sudsy offerings are a must-try.
